* This is an indicative Starting pricing for Rentals of the base category of apartments, and they may increase for Premium Apartments and across different areas. You are requested to confirm with your Sales Rep for exact Rentals and inclusions at the time of making your apartment reservation.
* Extra Person/Beds will be charged at Rs 800/night for any Person above the Occupancy limit specified for the respective Rooms & Apartments. Children above 6 Years will be charged Rs 500/night and those above 12 Years will be charged at Rs 800/Night.
* A one-time Cleaning Fees of Rs 5,000/stay is additionally levied on all bookings, irrespective of the length of stay.
* The above published Rentals don’t include GST which is applicable for stays of less then 3 months duration only.
* The Weekly Rentals are applicable for minimum 7 Night stays and then calculated on a pro-rata basis for further stay extensions. Monthly Rentals are counted for 28 Nights for all billing purposes, any extensions beyond 28 Nights are billed on pro-rata basis.
* Your Rentals are always billed in advance. You may also be asked to provide a refundable damage deposit that will be returned back to you at the end of your stay minus any arrears.
* All Rentals cover housekeeping (floors & toilets), linen changes, 24 Hour Wi-Fi Internet, Water, Cooking Gas, Tata Sky TV, Power Backup service and all the flat maintenance. Unless it’s explicitly specified, Electricity shall be charged separately upon actual usage.
* Cancellation Policy – There is ZERO Cancellation Charge for any reservation cancelled 15 Days before check-in date. We levy a 50% cancellation charge, if you cancel or modify a confirmed reservation between 15 Days to 1 Day before the check-in date. If your reservation is cancelled or modified within 1 Day from check-in date or in case of a No-Show, there will be NO refund of rentals.
