We have compiled some Frequently Asked Questions that you will find very helpful while looking for Service Apartments in Delhi. We would recommend that you read our Term and Conditions as we need you to agree with them before making your Apartment Bookings. 1. How do I book an apartment?

I) Choose an apartment, request availability and check prices Choose the Serviced Apartment that suits your needs, and contact us check its availability. You can also specify any special needs and additional & requirements like airport pickups, etc. We will get back to you after confirming everything and provide you a quote for the same.

II) Make Booking

* If you decide to go ahead with the booking, we will provide you with a link to a Reservation Form for filling up your personal information that will go in our records against your booking.

* After you complete the Reservation Form, you will be taken to a secure Online Payment Page where you can make your payment through a Credit Card or Pay pal. If you do not want to pay online, you can call us to give your credit card details and we can take payment over the phone. Payments can also be done by Bank Transfer, the details of the same are provided on our Payments page.

* To confirm the booking, we need to collect the 15-35% reservation deposit. The advance payment is necessary to complete your reservation. The remaining part of the payment 65-85% must be paid in CASH upon arrival. Please note that Check-In will not be permitted before payment is done. There are some apartments than can take full payment by credit card by adding an extra charge of 4% of the total.

We have a huge selection of serviced apartments for guests coming to Delhi/NCR for Business or leisure. The USP of these apartments is that they are much better alternatives to hotels because for the same or lesser price of a hotel room, you can experience a home-like atmosphere where you can cook your own meals if you choose, you can dine and conduct meetings or reunions in the comfort of your own living room, and at night, you can retire to a separate sleeping area.

All the serviced apartments are spacious, stylishly designed and decorated in tasteful colours, equipped with everything you will need. We’re also centrally located so it is convenient for you to travel around Delhi. You just need to send us your preferred location, budget and duration of stay. III) Booking Confirmation
* Once we receive the confirmation or your payment from our system, we will confirm your booking as soon as possible with a maximum of 24 hours. It will also include arrival and departure information and the name and telephone number of the person in charge of the check in.

• Please note that there is a 3 night minimum stay in all of our apartments in Delhi & Gurgaon.

2. How do I pay for the booking?

You will be required to pay 25% of your reservation to confirm your booking, the Balance must be paid in cash on arrival. There are some apartments than can take full payment by credit card by adding an extra charge of 4% of the total. You can pay the 25% booking deposit by credit card in our website, or by calling us on the telephone at (+91) 958.222.2295

Here you have the payments options that we offer:

* By Credit Card or PayPal

1. We will send you a link to a secure payment page. It will give you the option to pay via Credit Card or PayPal. (You browser must have cookies enabled to make the payment successfully).
2. We will receive an automatic email notification when you make the online payment.
3. We will send you a booking confirmation email within a couple of hours of receiving this notification.

* By Telephone

Please phone us and one of Staff member will be happy to take your Credit Card details over the phone. We will complete the transaction and send you an email to confirm the reservation PHONE: (+91) 958.222.2295

* Bank Transfer

If you wish to pay the booking deposit by Bank Transfer, please send us an email and we will provide you the details for the same. You will be responsible for the commissions that the banks can apply.

Please, notice that the booking is not firm until we have received the confirmation of the bank transfer. You can send it by email or by fax

3. Will I need to pay a Security deposit for the apartment?

Some apartments may require a cash damage deposit which will need to be paid upon arrival at the apartment. The amount varies across different apartments. You can also give expressed authorisation to the property to charge their credit cards the corresponding costs for any damage caused to the apartment or its furnishings during their stay.

4. How do I cancel my reservation?

If the client cancels a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period. Please note that the 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable:

- More than 90 days before: 20% of the total amount.
- 30-89 days before: 50% of the total amount.
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount.

5. When is check in or check out?

Check in time is from 2pm (1400 hours). If you wish to check in before 14:00, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate you.

You are requested to contact a Serviced Apartments Delhi agent once you are at the airport, after you have picked up your luggage, to confirm your arrival time to the apartment.

Check out time is 11am (1100 hours). If you would like to check-out later, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. If there are no other guests arriving the same day, you can stay in the apartment until 15:00 paying an extra charge of Rs 900. For check-out from 15:00 to 22:00, you will be charged half day’s rate. For check out after 22:00 you will be charged a full day’s rate.

6. How will I get the keys to the apartment?

You will be met at the Apartment upon your arrival by a member of our Team who hand over the keys and also show you around the apartment. Please read the following steps in order to familiarize yourself with the arrival and departure process, like receiving the keys of the apartment or getting refunded your damage deposit upon departure from the Apartment.

* We will send you an email with the confirmation of your reservation and all the information you need for your arrival: Location and address of apartment and the Telephone number and email of our Team who will be in charge of the check in.

* You will be asked to reply by email as soon as possible with the time of your arrival at the apartment so that our representative or owner of the apartment will be there at the apartment to meet you with the keys, etc. If the apartment that you have booked allows full payment by credit card, please, also let us know it in advance by email.

* When you arrive in Delhi, please call us from the airport or at least one hour before to your arrival at the apartment. We will ensure that someone from our Team will be at the apartment to welcome you.

* When you arrive at the Apartment, our Staff member or the owner of the apartment will provide you with the following: keys for entry to the apartment, walk through the apartment, Instruct you how to use equipment in the apartment like Air Conditioning, Washing Machine, Cooker etc., explain any items like rubbish removal specific to that neighbourhood, local grocery store location, directions to public transport or other information regarding the area in general, collect the balance and the damage deposit in cash or by Credit Card as agreed previously, sign the short term rental contract. Exact amount will be stated in your arrival and departure information the will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation.

* During your stay at the Apartment, we ask you to contact us IMMEDIATELY if you find anything missing or in bad condition or if you accidentally break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.

* Contact us during business hours for anything like travel desk services, restaurant recommendations, directions from where you are if lost or just general questions regarding either the apartment or Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida.

* Departure should be before 11 am if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you providing our next arrival is not early the same day. A member of our staff will be at the apartment at the concerted hour to: collect the apartment keys, Return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred

* If you wish it, we can book a taxi for your departure, but we need to know it in advance.

7. What happens if I break something?

Please call our Team as soon as possible to assess the damage. We will do our best to try and fix or replace the item/s and reach a decision if whether there is any charge incurred.

8. What if I need help or information during my stay?

There will be a member of our staff available to answer any of your questions during business hours. Outside business hours you can also contact us in a case of emergency.

9. Do Children under 2 need to pay the rental?

Child under 2 do not pay for the rental. If the child requires the use of a bed during their stay, you must take it into account when making a reservation request.
